# Hingepoint

> A framework for professional AI-assisted software engineering.
> Human judgment, AI execution, and accountability that holds.

The Hingepoint Guide is the normative reference. The Tandem Manifesto is
the working agreement between software engineers and AI agents that the
framework implements. Both are licensed CC BY-ND 4.0: quote and
redistribute freely, unmodified, with attribution.

The Hingepoint SKILL is licensed differently and deliberately: Apache-2.0,
intended to be adapted to an organization's own repositories, tooling and
governance rules. An adapted version must state that it was changed.
