Hingepoint is a trade mark of Anastasia Galani and Ingo Rübe. An EU trade mark application is pending.
The Hingepoint Guide and the Tandem Manifesto are licensed under CC BY-ND 4.0. That license grants no trade mark rights: using the mark for trainings, certifications or related offerings requires a separate agreement. See Become a trainer.
Liability for content
As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages under general law, in accordance with § 7 Abs. 1 DDG. Under §§ 8 to 10 DDG, however, we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information, or to investigate circumstances indicating unlawful activity.
Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected. Liability in that respect arises only from the point at which a specific infringement becomes known. On becoming aware of such infringements we will remove the content promptly.

This site contains links to external websites over whose content we have no control. We therefore accept no responsibility for that third-party content. The provider or operator of a linked site is always responsible for its content.
